Kristian became a World Reach missionary in January of 2023 and conducts ministry in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. His ministry with World Reach focuses on evangelism, discipleship and multiplication using arts ministries, leadership development projects, and collaborating with local churches and ministries to impact new generations.
As the son of missionaries Alan and Dorys Perdomo, he has always been around ministry. After serving at his local church for a few years as the drama ministry director, and a part of the youth ministry volunteer staff, he felt the Lord’s calling to full time missions. His ministry experience, along with his volunteer work, and his education in Electronics Engineering and Master’s in Organizational Leadership are all used by God as tools for Kristian’s ministry as a World Reach missionary.

Kristian collaborates, trains, and encourages churches to use art as a tool for worship, teaching, and discipleship, focusing mainly on theater, writing, music, and film.
Kristian collaborates with the local church by leading a theater ministry called Luz en lo Alto, and focuses discipling through the youth ministry called 180˚.
