Noel and Reina Gomez joined World Reach in 2008 as full-time missionaries in Honduras. Noel serves as a pastor at Christian Family Center (“CFC”) Church. The main campus of CFC is located in Paso Hondo. In 2009, Noel and CFC started another church campus in the rural community of Balibrea, which is one of the poorest communities of Honduras. As a pastor, Noel visits the sick and also provides pastoral counseling. He provides leadership to the pastoral staff and biblical teaching to the church in Paso Hondo and Balibrea.
Through his ministry, Noel also provides for the basic needs of the community “as the hands and feet” of Christ. Many Honduran children are unable to receive basic education due to extreme poverty. Through his ministry, Noel raises scholarships to cover required uniforms, books and supplies so that children can attend school. It is also often necessary to provide children with good nutrition because it is difficult for a hungry child to excel in school. Noel’s ministry provides healthy meals for growing bodies.
Noel also teaches in World Reach Mobile Bible Institutes and helps create courses for this program that trains pastors and Christian leaders so that churches will continue to grow and be healthy, expanding the Lord’s earthly kingdom until Christ’s return.
“He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. To this end, I strenuously labor with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.” Colossians 1:28-29

Noel and Reina have been church planters since they began dating and are passionate to plant churches in unreached or underserved villages of Honduras.
One of Noel’s roles in his ministry in Honduras is to train pastors and Christian leaders through Mobile Bible Institutes.
Noel also runs a program for feeding children in Honduras and providing scholarships for children in need to go to school.
