Our Methods
Evangelism
From Vacation Bible Schools to English as a Second Language classes, from hosting soccer games to building community centers, World Reach missionaries utilize available tools to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are unreached in their communities around the world.
Discipleship
World Reach missionaries train believers where they serve by teaching & instructing them in God’s Word, helping to strengthen their walk with the Lord & to encourage them to share their faith in the community.
Church Planting
World Reach missionaries plant churches in communities where they serve & also train pastors in the community so that the pastors may plant their own churches, providing communities in need with a place to worship, to hear God’s Word, to enjoy fellowship with other Christians, to find help & counseling, & to be sent out to spread the Good News.
Humanitarian Ministries
World Reach provides physical relief to communities in desperate need worldwide. Physical relief projects include a Children’s Home, a Medical Clinic, & two wells in Kenya, a children’s feeding program in Honduras, a bilingual Christian school & prenatal clinic in Peru, and more.
Leadership Training
World Reach Mobile Bible Institutes partner with local overseas churches to provide biblical, theological, & practical leadership training to national pastors, aspiring pastors & other church leaders. Our unique model sends the teacher to the students in targeted international fields. Students are most often bivocational, which does not allow them to leave home or work to attend a 3 or 4 year seminary.

Meet Our Founders
Tim Prewitt, along with his wife Carol, founded World Reach in 1982 after ministering in
Central America with South American crusades for almost 5 years. For 40 years, World Reach
was led by this couple. The Lord blessed through these strong, godly leaders, and the ministry
grew and flourished, impacting many lives for the kingdom.
In January of 2023, Tim officially “handed the baton” to Bobby Wilson, tasking Bobby with
leading World Reach as CEO for another 40 years of kingdom building.

Our History
Starting with two people in 1981, with a vision to reach people all around the world with the gospel of Christ, World Reach was founded, starting its ministry in Central America
World Reach expands to Africa! World Reach Kenya ministries today include Bible Institutes, a medical clinic, and a children's home.
Within the span of over 20 years, World Reach pushed its borders into Europe and South America!
World Reach is continuing to expand its reach to the 10/40 Window.
Reflections from our CEO
Dear Fellow Kingdom Builder:
In 1989, the Lord called me out of veterinary medicine and into full-time service for the Great Commission. Since that day, He has led me on a journey of teaching, training, and preaching in twenty-three nations. This call continues to remind me that the Great Commission is not optional—it is the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is our sacred responsibility, not a mere suggestion.
The words of Philippians 1:21 grip my heart daily: “For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Every step of obedience is for the glory of Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom.
I thank God for your faithful partnership in prayer and giving. Because of your obedience, lives are being transformed in fourteen countries—churches are being planted, leaders are being trained, the gospel is being proclaimed, and physical needs are being met. Your investment in God’s Kingdom is bearing fruit that will last for eternity.
By God’s grace, we are confident this work will continue to ripple through generations until our Lord returns in glory.
