In October 2021, World Reach welcomed Rick and Kathryn Searle. Rick teaches at our Bible Institutes and assists in strategic planning and new curriculum development. He also provides pastoral care, support and mentoring to World Reach missionaries and staff. Rick facilitates and supports church planting efforts by World Reach missionaries and pastors in the field.
Rick served as Senior Pastor of Faith Presbyterian Church in Anniston, AL for 20 years. He received his Masters of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Christian Education from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. Rick comes from an extensive background in pastoring, preaching, teaching, discipleship, music and Christian education. He loves to come alongside pastors and church leaders to mentor, encourage and teach, equipping them for Gospel centered ministry and serving the Lord more effectively.
Rick and Kathryn live in Anniston, Alabama where they serve the Lord locally, and they are excited about their international ministry through World Reach.
