Will and Olivia Beers joined World Reach in July, 2023.
Olivia is the daughter of Thomas and Lorinda Fleming, World Reach missionaries in Albania. Growing up overseas, Olivia has been involved with her parents’ ministries. Whether it was teaching English or working in hospitality, Olivia knew that she wanted to continue working on the mission field. Will became interested in missions after going on a missions trip in high school and being involved in short-term missions trips to Europe while in college. Will and Olivia met while attending Columbia International University (2018). While taking missions classes, they connected over their desire to serve overseas. Fast-forward to today and they are answering the call to serve overseas in Albania.

Prayer Letters
Evangelism – intentionally reach communities through relationship building, hospitality, Bible studies, and English as a second language for the purpose of sharing the Gospel Discipleship – identify and work with individuals and/or groups to grow together in Christ.
Teaching/Preaching – share the truth of God’s Word in the church among the youth and others open to hearing.
“Light for the Blind” is an Albanian ministry to the blind and visually impaired, as well as to their families and assistants. Services include:
A. Foster a vision at churches for ministry to the visually impaired and encourage and assist in ministry development, including teaching the practicalities of ministering to the blind.
B. Expand outreach to the blind throughout Albania. Provide assistance with meeting the physical needs of the blind.
C. Provide for the spiritual growth of the blind through evangelism and discipleship.
Work with and minister to young people who attend the school.
