kenya medical clinic
Welcome to our Medical Clinic
Our clinic, established in 1993, serves the rural community of Muthetheni, approximately 2 hours east of Nairobi. We provide basic health services, including diagnostics, treatments such as first aid, IV fluids, suturing, immunizations. The clinic provides medications for common ailments such as malaria, typhoid, and intestinal parasites. We also address health concerns related to malnutrition, sanitation, water contamination, AIDS, STIs, and prenatal/post-natal care.
Beyond medical services, the clinic meets spiritual needs with a campus pastor who evangelizes and provides support to patients and their families. The campus pastor also conducts a Bible correspondence program for local school children.
Our clinic campus has a well, which provides free water to the community.
Our clinic is staffed by Kenyan nationals. Ken Mwiti, a former resident of our children’s home, now serves as the Director and Chief Clinical Officer at the clinic.
Patient fees are subsidized due to the community’s limited income, which fluctuates with crop yields.
Our Goals
Physical Healing
The clinic delivers essential healthcare, including diagnostics, treatment, and preventative care, directly improving the physical health of the community it serves.
Spiritual Healing
Through evangelism and discipleship programs and leadership development seminars, the clinic fosters spiritual healing by sharing the Gospel and nurturing faith within the community.
